Jr. HR Business Partner (Fixed-Term Contract)
Are you looking to further develop your HR career and gain broad HRBP experience in a dynamic international environment?
At Fluke, we are seeking an **Junior Human Resources Business Partner** to join our team in **Poland** on a **6-month fixed-term contract (September through March)** to provide maternity leave coverage.
In this role, you will partner closely with managers and employees to support the delivery of key HR processes and initiatives. You will provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, organizational changes, and other people-related matters. Working as part of the EMEA HR team, you will help translate HR strategies into practical actions that support both employees and business objectives.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong partnerships with leaders, and gaining exposure to a broad range of HR disciplines within a global organization.

**Contract duration:** September 2026 - March 2027 (maternity leave cover).
**Employee Engagement:** Supports people leaders in building an engaging workplace culture. Participates in efforts to understand the root causes of engagement challenges and helps co-develop action plans to address them. Develops familiarity with engagement data and trends, and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
**Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE):** Supports business leaders and the COE in deploying tools and approaches that promote an inclusive work environment, and participates in efforts to identify and address root causes of inequity across HR processes and policies.
**Performance Management:** Supports people leaders with goal setting and day-to-day performance management, including annual processes, ongoing feedback and coaching conversations, and performance improvement plan guidance.
**Employee Relations and Experience:** Assists managers in understanding and applying HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive and productive work environment. Provides initial support on employee relations matters and escalates where needed.
**Workforce Planning:** Supports people leaders on a range of workforce actions, including role changes, restructuring, and organizational assessments. Helps analyze workforce data to support manager decision-making under the guidance of a senior HRBP.
**Builds Manager Capability in Talent Management:** Support Organizational Talent Assessment and Talent Review cycles. Supports managers in identifying development solutions for their teams and assists in talent selection conversations in partnership with the TA organization. May support the design and delivery of training programs in collaboration with the COE.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources, or a relevant internship, placement, or study background in HR, Business, or Psychology
+ Eager to learn and develop skills in supporting people leaders and employees with day-to-day HR questions and challenges
+ Able to work in a structured and detail-oriented way, following established guidelines and processes
+ A good team player who communicates clearly and respectfully with colleagues and managers
+ Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
+ Basic ability to work with data and use it to support decisions - for example through Excel or HR reporting tools
+ Takes initiative and shows a hands-on, can-do attitude
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ A completed or nearly completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
+ First experience or demonstrated interest in areas such as employee engagement, talent management, or employee relations, for example through an internship, thesis project, or extracurricular involvement
+ Curiosity about what drives business performance and how HR contributes to it
+ Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
+ Experience working or studying in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
+ Basic familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar tools is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is what matters most

**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for supporting Commodity Managers and internal customers with procurement activities related to Indirect goods and services, OSP / Electromechanical, and Mechanical components for the Europe region.
The individual will collaborate with Commodity Managers and internal customers to develop new and maintain existing procurement tools and processes to ensure all aspects of day-to-day Procurement operations are supported. In addition, they will support the broader Procurement team with supply base management and delivery of departmental core KPIs.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Operational Procurement Support. Management of key processes including but not limited to Requisition to PO daily management (Oracle), iContract maintenance, P&Q suppliers list maintenance, and management of new supplier adds / existing supplier records.
+ Cost Savings. Supporting the execution of savings projects as well as leading assigned savings projects in select commodities and ensuring accurate savings reporting.
+ Rules, Tools, and Processes. The successful candidate will become the subject matter leader for various procurement rules, tools, and processes, and will support the wider organization with training and guidance as the need arises.
+ Preferred Suppliers. Supporting Commodity Managers with supplier communications and relationship management as required, as well as supporting with Supplier performance around quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
+ Payment Terms. Supporting departmental DPO objectives to support working capital improvement through effective management of payment terms through the Supplier Add process.
+ FBS Deployment. Utilise continuous improvement tools including but not limited to daily management / visual management to measure, develop, & prioritize actions. Apply Kaizens and experimentation on a regular basis to overcome challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant Procurement / Supply Chain experience.
+ Experience with e-procurement & P2P processes.
+ Experience with Oracle ERP is desired.
+ Ability to learn/understand internal customer requirements through interaction & observation and deliver Procurement solutions that fulfil expectations.Agility. Learns quickly when facing new situations. Experiments to find new solutions. Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks. Extracts lessons learned from failures and mistakes.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, the qualifying candidate will manage and improve the communication between the operational and developmental sides of the software development process. The candidate will be responsible for the creation, monitoring, and automate development and build environment. This effort will also include moving some of our development and firmware releases to the AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and collaborating with product teams to efficiently deliver high-quality projects.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Enhance and maintain build automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

**Job Summary**
As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, capability, and reliability of Fluke's electromechanical and plastics suppliers. You will lead supplier development, drive process capability improvements, ensure compliance to specifications and standards, and guide suppliers through NPI and sustaining activities.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of injection molding, plastics tooling, electromechanical assemblies, DFM/A, component qualification, and supplier process control. You will work closely with Global Supply Chain, Operations, Design, Quality Engineering teams to ensure that purchased products meet Fluke's performance, quality, and reliability expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
Supplier Development:
+ Lead qualification and ongoing performance management of suppliers specializing in injection molded plastics, electromechanical parts, switches, connectors, cables, housing, and mechanical assemblies.
+ Assess supplier manufacturing processes, including mold design, tooling capability, plastic flow/warp behavior, molding parameters, assembly processes, and electromechanical testing.
+ Drive supplier quality controls, readiness, and overall performance improvement, including NPI readiness.
+ Drive improvements in supplier process capability (Cp/Cpk), scrap reduction, consistency, and defect prevention.
+ Lead APQP/PPAP flow‑down requirements with Engineering and Supply Chain.
+ Develop and maintain IQC plans, sampling strategies, and test/inspection requirements.
+ Support and approve First Article qualifications.
+ Lead DFMEA and PFMEA activities related to supplier processes.
+ Support stop-ships, containment, investigations, and other quality-related activities as needed.
+ Conduct supplier process, system, and product audits; drive timely closure of nonconformities.
+ Ensure quality procedures, work instructions, and records meet QMS requirements.
+ Ensure proper documentation, traceability, change control, and configuration management at suppliers.
+ Communicate supplier risks, quality status, and improvement progress to leadership with clarity and urgency.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
+ Lead supplier‑related APQP/PPAP activities, including DFM/A reviews, PFMEA, control plans, MSA/GR&R, First Article Inspection (FAI), and process validations.
+ Validate supplier readiness for production through line setup, tooling verification, material qualification, and production trials.
+ Ensure suppliers meet launch quality targets (DPPM, RTY, escape rates).
+ Provide supplier manufacturing and process capability input during Engineering Design Reviews.
+ Partner with Design and Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to ensure manufacturability and quality robustness of designs.
Sustaining & Continuous Improvement:
+ Monitor supplier quality performance, including defect trends, process variation, COQ metrics, and incoming material quality.
+ Lead structured problem‑solving (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) for supplier‑related issues, customer returns, and internal escapes.
+ Drive permanent corrective actions and verify effectiveness through data and process validation.
+ Support containment, rework coordination, concessions, and stop‑ship decisions when needed.
+ Partner with Engineering and Reliability teams on material, design, or process changes.
+ Promote a culture of quality, data integrity, and continuous improvement using FBS tools.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Plastics Engineering, or related technical field.
+ 10+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience in plastics, electromechanical components, assemblies, or mechanical manufacturing.
+ Strong experience with injection molding, tooling development, plastics processing, electromechanical assembly, or mechanical component manufacturing.
+ Demonstrated proficiency with APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, control plans, and statistical tools.
+ Hands‑on experience with root‑cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
+ Working knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, tolerances, and material specifications.
+ Experience conducting supplier audits (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
+ Ability to travel locally and internationally up to ~30% to supplier sites for candidates based in Norwich, up to ~50% for candidates based in Poland.

+ Experience with mold flow analysis, tooling qualification, or plastics material selection (ABS, PC, nylon, elastomers).

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager (TSM) to join our DACH and CEE Sales team. **Global NPI Manufacturing Systems Engineer**
Location: Poland (Hybrid)
Travel: International travel required (approximately 15-25%)
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global NPI Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities across our international manufacturing operations.
This role is focused on the industrialisation of new products and the development of robust manufacturing systems capable of supporting world-class quality, delivery, and productivity performance from launch.
The successful candidate will work closely with global Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure new products are designed for manufacture, assembly, testability, scalability, and operational excellence.
This is a highly collaborative international role requiring strong technical capability, structured problem-solving skills, and fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Unlike traditional manufacturing engineering positions, this role is primarily focused on new product industrialisation and manufacturing system design rather than supporting day-to-day production operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**New Product Industrialisation**
+ Lead manufacturing engineering activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through to production launch.
+ Drive Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFM/DFA) reviews with Engineering teams to ensure manufacturable and scalable product designs.
+ Define manufacturing strategies, process architectures, assembly methodologies, and production system concepts for new products.
+ Support prototype, EVT/DVT/PVT, pilot, and production launch activities across global manufacturing sites.
**Risk Management & Process Robustness**
+ Lead and facilitate DFMEA and PFMEA activities to identify and mitigate manufacturing and product risks early in the development cycle.
+ Develop robust process controls, validation strategies, and mistake-proofing solutions (poka-yoke).
+ Support process qualification and validation activities to ensure manufacturing readiness and repeatability.
+ Ensure lessons learned and best practices are incorporated into future product and process designs.
**Manufacturing System Design**
+ Define production layouts, workstation concepts, tooling requirements, fixtures, test equipment, and manufacturing process flows.
+ Develop manufacturing documentation including:
+ Process flows
+ Standard operating procedures
+ Visual work instructions
+ Control plans
+ Routings and BOM structures
+ Support automation and semi-automation concepts where appropriate to improve scalability and operational robustness.
**Cross-Functional Global Collaboration**
+ Collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Operations teams across multiple international locations.
+ Support manufacturing transfer and launch readiness activities globally.
+ Provide technical leadership during pilot builds and early production phases.
+ Travel internationally to support manufacturing implementation, supplier engagement, and launch activities.
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Required**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialisation, or NPI environments.
+ Strong experience leading or facilitating DFMEA and PFMEA activities.
+ Proven experience supporting new product industrialisation and production launch activities.
+ Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing risk reduction methodologies.
+ Experience with manufacturing process development, validation, and documentation.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical capability using structured methodologies.
+ Fluent English communication skills - written and verbal - are essential.
+ Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
**Preferred**
+ Experience in electromechanical, instrumentation, or electronics manufacturing environments.
+ Familiarity with Lean product launch methodologies and APQP principles.
+ Experience with CAD systems such as Creo, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
+ Understanding of automation, fixtures, test systems, and manufacturing technologies.
+ Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
