MES Project Manager

Responsibilities: Implementation and maintenance of the MES system within the CANPACK Group, including its deployment, configuration, and ensuring consistent and efficient operation across all production facilities.Providing support to factories in the use of the MES system, including assistance with operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring effective system utilization.Providing substantive supervision of user training and support for the MES system, including the creation of user manuals and system usage guides.Ongoing system monitoring, performance analysis, and operational accuracyPerforming system maintenance tasksConfiguring and troubleshooting system configuration issuesRequirements:Strong knowledge of MES systems architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration with other production systems.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining MES systems in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with Lean Management principles, particularly in the context of IT systems and digital transformation in production.Experience in project planning, execution, and reporting, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Very good command of English (spoken and written), at least B2 level.
